Mountain View Community Church is an EFCA multi-site church located in Frederick, Maryland, about an hour outside of Washington, D.C., and Baltimore. It is a growing and diverse congregation that ministers to more than 1,000 adults and 300 children each week.
This Pastor will have the opportunity to provide leadership and development to a highly developed team serving in two locations. They will oversee all aspects of Children’s Ministry as well as develop and implement a Family Ministry strategy. Through curriculum selection, volunteer training, and planning events, this Pastor will lead kids to become disciples and disciple-makers as well as lead families to disciple their kids at home.
