Mission, Vision, and Values
- Reach people with God’s love, Raise them to follow Jesus, and Release them to impact their community.
- Note: “Reach” is listed first for a reason – Parkview is unashamedly outward-focused and passionate about reaching people far from God.
Staff Culture
- Full of Grace: We run to welcome the prodigal. We extend grace and believe that your past doesn’t define you.
- Fun: Church can be fun! We have a good time and love to laugh.
- Flexible: We joyfully embrace change for the sake of the mission. Growth requires change, so we will remain mission-focused but method-flexible.
- Honest: We care too much to settle for nice. We are courageous enough to tackle challenging conversations with truth and kindness.
- Risk-takers: We are faith-filled risk-takers. We prayerfully go “all-in” for the sake of the mission.
- Generous: We believe a generous life is the best life. Because Jesus was generous to us, we are generous to others and to His mission.
- Hard-working: The mission matters! Quality is key, so we take the initiative and work hard.
- Developers: Everyone has a part in the mission. Therefore, we will continually develop ourselves and others, so we can become who God intends.
- Team Players: We are one church and one team with one goal. Our campuses and departments respect each other, encourage each other, and cheer for each other.
