Paradise Alliance is looking for a Worship Pastor who wants to help build something, not simply inherit a worship ministry and maintain it. This person will lead worship and develop musicians, but the opportunity is much broader: helping shape the Sunday experience, build teams, invest in people, and partner with the Lead Pastor as the church moves into a new season of growth. They need someone who is strong enough musically to lead well, but whose first instinct is ministry, people and mission—not just music.

I love the upside here!!! This is a church that has been through a lot, but there is real momentum again, young families are coming, and they have an incredible facility with room to grow. Paradise Alliance Church is a growing church of around 250 people in Paradise, CA. This church has lived through significant loss and transition after the fires in Paradise, but they are poised for incredible growth as the city rebuilds. There is real sense that this is a new season and the leadership is looking forward. Young families are coming, ministries are rebuilding, and there is significant room for growth.

Paradise Alliance describes itself as a community learning to follow Jesus in every part of life.
