Staff Culture
- We value God’s holiness. We value Jesus as our Savior. We value the Holy Spirit’s work in our lives. We value God’s Word. We cling to our Living Hope – Jesus Christ.
- We are Christ-followers, striving by the help of the Holy Spirit to be humble and gentle, patiently flexible, loving to all, making every effort in all that we say and do, united as a team to our mission to help our homeless neighbors walk with Jesus and get off the streets into healthy community.
- We work this out by caring with dignity, connecting intentionally, and creating a healthy community with each person the Lord puts in front of us.
- We do what we say we are going to do with excellence.
- We are curious. Curiosity begins with the premise of asking good questions and seeking to understand.
- We do not have all the answers. We recognize that while we may have an abundance of experience, we do not know everything.
- We are learners – never experts. Because we know that we do not have all the answers, we seek to learn and understand. We believe that everyone has something to teach us.
- We take ourselves lightly. We take our work seriously.
