Orchard Church is seeking a full-time High School Pastor to lead and grow Thrive, its high school ministry, by developing strong adult volunteer teams, empowering student leaders, and building on an already healthy, church-supported foundation. With more than 10,000 high schoolers in the surrounding valley who have yet to hear of God’s love, this role calls for a high-capacity, visionary, and relational leader who can disciple students, multiply leaders, and execute ministry with excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter and a dynamic, biblical communicator with a deep passion for seeing the next generation come to know and follow Jesus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and shepherd a thriving adult volunteer team.
• Teach regularly with clarity, biblical depth, and relevance.
• Champion evangelism and outreach, equipping students to reach their campuses and community with the Gospel.
• Provide pastoral care for students and families, equip parents to disciple their own children, and collaborate with the Family Pastor to keep the ministry aligned with Orchard’s broader NextGen vision.
