To continue planting and supporting multiple campuses throughout the Murfreesboro area, creating a unified network of churches that prioritize biblical teaching, leadership development, and relational discipleship.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the student ministry (grades 6–12) at the Calvary campus
- Plan and execute weekly environments, including Sunday mornings and midweek gatherings
- Teach regularly and communicate Scripture in a clear, engaging, and effective way
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong volunteer leadership team
- Build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and leaders
- Create and implement strategies for outreach and discipleship
- Develop student leaders and foster a culture of disciple-making
- Coordinate events, retreats, camps, and mission opportunities
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and volunteers
- Provide pastoral care and leadership to students and families
- Collaborate with staff and contribute to the overall mission and culture of the church
- Identify and develop future leaders within the ministry and leadership pipeline
Key Qualifications
- A growing, personal relationship with Jesus and a clear sense of calling to student ministry
- Proven experience in student ministry leadership (typically 3–5+ years)
- Strong communicator who can teach Scripture in a clear, engaging, and effective way
- Relational leader who connects well with students, parents, and volunteers
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop volunteer leaders
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, “we over me” environment
- Ability to lead and manage a growing ministry with organization and structure
- Self-starter who takes initiative and builds momentum without constant direction
- Alignment with the church’s theology, mission, and leadership culture
- Passion for reaching students and developing disciples who make disciples
