The Next Gen position at Oak Park Christian will lead the Children & Student ministry in casting a vision for growing these vital ministry areas. This position will oversee the programming, recruiting, and development of volunteer teams for these two specific areas. In addition, as part of the pastoral staff, assist leadership in preaching and pastoral duties to families.
