New Hills Church is a growing, non-denominational church located in North Metro Denver. Originally founded in 1987 as Northern Hills Church, the church faithfully served the community for many years. Following the retirement of its founding pastor, the church experienced a gradual decline over the next decade. In December 2021, Pastor Brian Bigger accepted the role of Lead Pastor, with his first Sunday falling on Christmas Eve. At that time, approximately 200 people were attending weekly. Since then, God has worked in remarkable ways, bringing renewed vision, momentum, and growth to the church.

Today, New Hills Church welcomes more than 1,400 people each Sunday and continues to experience steady growth as people from across the Denver metro area discover life in Christ. Our mission is simple: to lead people to life in Christ.We are passionate about creating engaging weekend experiences where biblical truth is taught clearly, worship is authentic, and every person feels welcomed, valued, and challenged to take a next step in their faith. We believe the local church exists to reach those far from God while equipping believers to become fully devoted followers of Jesus.

The heartbeat of New Hills Church is developing the next generation. We believe children and students are not simply the future of the Church—they are the Church today. As a result, we invest heavily in outstanding kids and student ministries, meaningful small groups, leadership development, and opportunities for people to serve through Team Hills. Our church is marked by a culture of generosity, authentic community, and a willingness to step out in faith to reach more people with the hope of the Gospel. While we celebrate all God has done, we believe our greatest days are still ahead as we continue pursuing our vision of leading more people into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.
