What’s Expected
- This role is all about coming alongside Pastor Jeff Thompson to help lead, shepherd, and shape a healthy and growing church. A major focus will be providing vision, leadership, and strategic direction for New Heights small group ministry—ensuring groups are places of authentic community, spiritual growth, and leadership development. The Associate Pastor will help strengthen what’s already in place while creating accessible on-ramps for new people to connect and grow.
- The role also includes serving as the church’s primary biblical counselor, so someone who’s wise, compassionate, and grounded in Scripture will thrive.
