Mission, Vision, and Values
- Mission: Mountain Life Church exists to help people discover the Gospel, engage in life giving community, and advance as fearless followers of Jesus.
- Vision: MLC wants to have a Gospel impact across the community, so that it can be “in Park City as it is in heaven.” As people are coming to Christ, they hope to see divorce, suicide, drug abuse, and depression, decline, replaced by peace, joy, and righteousness. They want to bless other churches in their denomination by developing and sending leaders, as well as starting new churches around Utah and the Western United States.

Staff Culture
- The leadership at Mountain Life have developed a fast-moving culture that requires transparency and honesty, learning to not take things personally while also working hard to celebrate and honor each other.
- Someone who is able to verbalize their thoughts and feelings will do well at Mountain Life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a student ministry effectively engages students (grades 6-12) who live in Summit County, UT.
- Build a team of adults, consisting of paid staff, interns, and volunteers, who can help lead the ministry.
- Create dynamic Sunday morning and midweek gatherings.
- Identify and invest in student leaders and give them opportunities to use their gifts.
Key Qualifications
- Master’s Degree, or a Bachelor’s Degree with willingness to pursue a Master’s.
- Experience at a medium to large-sized church is preferred.
