I have worked with MCC over the years (including with Michal’s hiring), and I’ve seen so much fruit from what God is doing there in this season of ministry! The primary purpose of this role is to support Worship Arts and MCC ministry by overseeing the operation and maintenance of audio, online broadcast, and lighting systems to enhance the weekly worship experience, manage and lead production projects, and empower others to develop their skills and build volunteer teams. There is a strong emphasis on demonstrated expertise in live audio and team-building.
This position leads production volunteers and works closely with band and worship leaders, events staff, and other ministries within and outside Montgomery Community Church.
