Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Lead and Campus Pastors to translate sermon series and spiritual themes into cohesive creative strategies.
- Lead, develop, and care for multi-disciplinary creative teams (worship, production, video, communications, environments).
- Create and implement rhythms, systems, and processes that allow creativity to flourish without chaos.
- Ensure every worship experience — in person and online — reflects Metro’s mission, vision, and theological commitments.
- Oversee weekend services, special events, digital content, and brand expression with an eye for spiritual impact and excellence.
- Collaborate with student, outreach, and discipleship ministries to integrate creative support where appropriate.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively while advocating for strategic investments in creative tools and personnel.
- Champion a culture of feedback, growth, and spiritual maturity within the creative departments.
