Key Responsibilities
Production Team Leadership and Team Development:
- Build a Christ centered team rooted in servant leadership, spiritual growth, and excellence.
- Recruit, train, develop, and shepherd production team members (audio, video, lighting, livestream, and media).
- Manage production team member scheduling to ensure proper personnel coverage for all church events.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing skill development for team members.
- Identify and develop leaders within the production ministry pipeline.
Sunday Worship & Event Production:
- Oversee all technical and production elements for weekend worship services.
- Lead production planning and execution for special events (Worship Nights, Outreach Events, SERVE Team events, etc…
- Collaborate with worship, teaching, and creative teams to support sermon series and service flow.
- Ensure consistent quality and reliability across all production systems.
- Manage pre-service rehearsals, run-of-show planning, and service execution.
Online & Digital Presence:
- Oversee livestream production, ensuring high-quality audio, video, and viewer experience.
- Manage production-related aspects of the church’s online platforms (Primarily YouTube and church website).
- Ensure sermons, relevant media content, and online experiences are timely, accurate, and on-brand.
Systems, Equipment & Administration:
- Oversee production equipment, systems, and technology.
- Develop and manage production budgets in coordination with church leadership.
- Plan for future upgrades and maintenance of audio, video, lighting, and streaming systems.
- Maintain documentation, equipment accountability, training materials, and technical standards.
- Ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with church policies.

- Strong understanding of live production environments (audio, video, lighting, livestream).
- Proven experience leading and developing volunteer (SERVE) teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and an eye for excellence, committed to improvement.
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in high-pressure environments.
- Experience with church production or live events preferred.
- Familiarity with current production technologies and digital platforms.
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and special events as required by church ministry.
