Crosspoint City Church is one of the most healthy, vibrant, relational ministries in the Southeast! With stable, forward-thinking, Gospel-centered leadership at all levels, three Locations & counting, and local communities hungry for Jesus, Crosspoint City Church is relentlessly pursuing those far from God to help them know and follow Jesus, and THEY WILL NOT WAIT!
Launched as Oak Leaf Church in 2006 as a plant of West Ridge Church. By 2011, the church had grown to over 600+ people. The year 2011 brought a change in the life of the church due to a leadership change.
In 2013, the church “re-launched” as Crosspoint City Church under the leadership of current Lead Pastor James Griffin. In 2019, the first multi-site campus was launched in Adairsville, Ga. In 2021, Crosspoint City launched its second multi-site campus in Rome, Ga. Crosspoint City is now one church in three locations, with plans to launch a fourth location in 2025. Crosspoint City has grown from a weekly average attendance of 700 people (back in 2013) to just over 3,400 people in 2024.
Over the years, Crosspoint City has successfully built a reputation as a church heavily invested in reaching lost people and radically serving the community. Their close partnerships with the government, school systems, businesses, non-profits, and other churches have resulted in cooperation not seen before in Northwest Georgia. The Lead Pastor, James Griffin, wants Crosspoint City to be a church that is so integral to the community’s success that they would feel it if we were to disappear tomorrow.

The primary objective of the Location Pastor is to support and co-labor with the Lead Pastor in shepherding and equipping the saints of Crosspoint, primarily at the location, to create an environment for all people to know and follow Jesus.
