Why I Love This Opportunity

Caleb Loeppky

Associate

I am thrilled about the opportunity to work with Northview Church as they embark on a transformative journey in their live broadcast and video production. This position stands out because it offers the chance to be at the forefront of creating a new cinematic worship experience that will connect with thousands, both in-person and online. It’s not just about managing technology but crafting an inviting, dynamic environment that enhances community and spiritual engagement. Being part of this change is both a privilege and an exciting challenge.

About This Organization

Founded in 1980 by Pastor Tommy Paino and a modest group of 30, Northview Church began its journey in a school cafeteria in Carmel, Indiana, growing rapidly to become a key pillar of community and worship. By 1985, Northview had acquired 81 acres in Hamilton County, establishing a new campus that became the focal point for over 1,200 attendees at its inaugural service. The church experienced significant transformations under the leadership of Pastor Steve Poe in the late 1990s, becoming an independent, nondenominational church and forming key partnerships. Its innovative approach led to the launch of its first multisite campus in Greater Lafayette in 2007, with several more to follow across Indiana, including specialized campuses in correctional facilities. Despite challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic, under Pastor CJ Johnson’s leadership since 2021, Northview has added new sites and continued to grow. Today, Northview is one of America’s largest churches and a vibrant community known for its commitment to growth, innovation, and inclusivity, continually evolving to impact lives and create meaningful experiences.

This position isn’t just about art and creating looks; it’s about creating an inviting environment where people want to serve. It’s where people can feel like family and be pushed to try things they’ve never tried before.
