Lighthouse Christian Church started in 1961 and will be 62 years old this November. The church is located on the growing east side of Oceanside, CA. This part of Southern California is known for its ideal year-round Mediterranean-style weather, beautiful beaches, world-class health care, a variety of shopping and entertainment options, access to major roads and airports, Camp Pendleton Marine base, and suburban lifestyle.
The Worship Pastor/Director would report directly to the Senior Pastor and work with him to create Worship services for the weekend that would make a profound, meaningful, and spiritual impact. The Worship Pastor/Director would lead primarily from the platform. They would also have a team of volunteers to develop, train, and disciple for weekend services. At Lighthouse, there are multiple styles of Worship.
