- AUTHENTIC COMMUNITY
—because change happens best in community; “we” before “me.”
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another — and all the more as you see the Day approaching. (Hebrews 10:24-25)
- NEXT GENERATION
—because we are called to entrust the faith to those who come after us.
We will not hide them from their children; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done. (Psalm 78:4)
- ACTIVE GENEROSITY
—because we prove our faith by the way we give and serve.
Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life. (1 Timothy 6:18-19)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead all corporate worship experiences
- Recruit, train, and develop volunteer leaders
- Shepherd and pastor worship ministry volunteers as well as the entire church body
- Develop a pipeline of volunteers
- Create tracks, stems, etc.

- Passionate heart for worship
- Leading from a guitar (preferred not required)
