Staff Culture
- LifeSpring is a growing, gospel-driven church in Bellevue, Nebraska, with a deep commitment to raising up the next generation. We believe life change happens here, and that includes creating space for students to meet Jesus, grow in grace, and become bold leaders in their world.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead weekly student gatherings that are gospel-driven, relational, and fun.
- Teach God’s Word in a way that is biblically faithful, culturally relevant, and spiritually formative.
- Provide leadership and direction for the Student Ministry Coordinator, including regular coaching, collaboration, and accountability.
- Create welcoming and safe spaces where students can belong, believe, and become like Christ.
- Develop and implement a clear discipleship pathway for students at all stages of faith.
- Recruit, train, and shepherd a volunteer team of adults who will invest in students weekly.
- Identify and disciple student leaders, creating opportunities to serve, lead, and multiply.

- A growing relationship with Jesus Christ marked by humility, integrity, and character.
- Clear calling to student ministry and a passion for helping students follow Jesus for life.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated ability to teach Scripture, lead volunteers, develop leaders, and build ministry.
