Why I Love This Opportunity

Ryan Latham

Associate

Working with LifePoint has been an incredible experience. They have an excellent heart for being a church community that values God’s Word, outreach to the nations, and volunteerism. The leadership team, led by Chris Woodard and Jayson Bennett, is dedicated to fostering a collaborative, fun-loving, and hard-working environment that encourages everyone to grow in faith and unity. I have enjoyed my partnership with LifePoint.

About This Organization

LifePoint is a 16-year-old, non-denominational church in the Midwest with a rich history of God’s provision and faithfulness. Started through a small group Bible study, LifePoint grew into a stable church of nearly 450 people in weekly average attendance.

LifePoint is known for its generosity and mission focus, with a debt-free campus built only five years ago and a mission budget representing 10% of its annual budget. The church also has a high volunteer rate, with 80% of attendees involved in some form of volunteer service both on and off campus.

Lead by a team of committed elders led by Lead Pastor Chris Woodard and Lead Associate Pastor Jayson Bennett, LifePoint is dedicated to fulfilling the Great Commission in the spirit of the Great Commandment. Its ultimate theological position is to glorify God by teaching His Word and proclaiming His Son Jesus, reorienting lives around loving God, loving people, and reaching the world with the Good News of Jesus.

God’s faithfulness throughout the seasons has created an engaged group of people who trust that LifePoint is about more than just a location or person but building itself up in love. Chris is a collaborative leader who values hard work and fun, equipping the church to grow in maturity and unity.
