Key Responsibilites
- Leading weekend youth services
- Recruit, develop, and retain volunteers for the youth ministry
- Oversee the youth ministry budget, calendar, and curriculum development and implantation
- Assist in the pastoral needs of the church
- Provide events for both middle school and high school students
- Collaborate with the other youth ministry staff from other campuses
