At Life Family Dripping Springs, it’s essential that the youth pastor knows their people—and their people know them. This isn’t just about being available, it’s about being engaged, present, and deeply invested in the lives of those they lead.

Flexibility, innovation, and a positive attitude will be key ingredients to success in this environment.

The new leader must bring a balanced ministry philosophy, one that values both age groups, blends evangelism with discipleship, and meets students where they are spiritually. About This Organization

LifeFamily, originally known as LifeAustin, was founded in 2005 by Pastor Randy Phillips and his wife Denise in Austin, Texas. Randy Phillips, a member of the Dove Award-winning Christian music trio Phillips, Craig & Dean, brought his extensive background in ministry, music, radio, and television to establish a church focused on spiritual transformation through Jesus Christ.

The church began on the west side of Austin and has since expanded into a network of campuses across Central Texas. As of 2025, LifeFamily operates multiple locations, including in Austin, Bastrop, Dripping Springs, Leander, Marble Falls, Mueller, and Downtown Austin, as well as an online campus. This growth aligns with their vision to establish 10 locations in 10 years.
