Team members regularly use one another as sounding boards, enhancing perspectives and sharpening ideas to ensure their work has the greatest possible impact on the church and the community.
- While each staff member has specific skills, there is a collective willingness to embrace a generalist mindset—rolling up their sleeves and helping wherever needed.
