Why I Love This Opportunity

Luke Francis

Associate

The next Lead Pastor of LifeSpring Church has the opportunity to build on the health and momentum that God has brought to LifeSpring Church under Pastor Steve Holdaway. At LifeSpring Church you will find a church ready for its next generation of leadership and a staff team ready to do their part. By putting his own God-given leadership style on the next season, the new Lead Pastor will continue equipping and empowering a highly motivated and skilled congregation to engage in high impact Kingdom-mission locally and globally. For the relational and catalytic leader, this role is ideal for your leadership.

About This Organization

LifeSpring Church was formed in 1986 as an intentional church plant of FBC Bellevue. The church chartered with 92 members, meeting in temporary locations until 1997 when the first building was opened. Since then, LifeSpring has continued to grow in many ways including building a larger worship center and classroom space. Currently, LifeSpring is in the process of constructing an expanded lobby and children’s building.

LifeSpring is a church that focuses passionately on teaching the Bible, connecting with people who don’t yet know Jesus, helping people form genuine relationships that lead people closer to Jesus, and serving the world around them. They intentionally position their ministries to reach the next generation. Overseas and in their community, LifeSpring has planted several churches and has launched targeted, multi-site campuses. Globally, they are passionate about supporting an orphanage that members started in Zambia and construction of a Christian school in South Sudan. These things are just the tip of the iceberg for LifeSpring: this church loves to serve in the name of Jesus.

Today, LifeSpring is experiencing growth and momentum again. The Children and Student ministries are thriving and weekend worship attendance is growing. They see around 800 adults in-person each weekend, with many more joining online.
