LCBC Church

Central Director of Student Ministry

Manheim, Pennsylvania

Why I Love This Opportunity

Brian Aaby

Senior Associate

I’m excited to partner with LCBC for THIS ROLE because it checks so many of the boxes for a church and role that I would want– they are looking for an experienced leader who can cast and implement vision, and relationally connect with both Campus Pastors and Student Ministry Directors at each location to execute the Student Ministry in each context.

About This Organization

On the cutting edge of ministry being done as one church in multiple locations, LCBC (Lives Changed By Christ) currently has 19 locations across Central Pennsylvania. LCBC is passionate about working together in reaching and serving people in Central PA and seeing the power of the Gospel unleashed and lives transformed.  LCBC averages a combined total attendance of approximately 20,000 in their gatherings and an ever-expanding online audience.  The Manheim Campus also houses their “Central” office space.
LCBC is a non-denominational church that seeks to share the truth about Jesus in a practical and relevant way so that lives are impacted, and real-life change occurs.

The church was founded 36 years ago with a group of about 35 people meeting in a garage. Today every week the church may see anywhere from 10,000-15,000 in weekly in-person attendance, with another 8,000-12,000 watching online.
