What God has done at LCBC is nothing short of amazing. They continue to launch life-giving campuses across the state of Pennsylvania and have such a strong culture of discipleship. I love this Central Associate Worship Leader role because it’s an opportunity to be coached and developed as a worship leader in one of the best worship cultures in the nation.
LCBC (Lives Changed By Christ) began with a small group of people meeting in a garage in Marietta, Pennsylvania—dreaming of a different kind of church. They asked bold questions like: What if church focused on others? What if people far from God felt comfortable asking real questions? What if everyone who walked through the doors felt accepted rather than judged?
That dream gave birth to a mission that still defines us today:
“We exist to introduce people to Jesus and together fully follow Him.”
This others-focused mindset continues to shape our culture and our approach to ministry. As God has opened doors for growth, we’ve remained committed to that original vision. With 23 locations across the state and more than 24,000 people attending weekly, LCBC is one church in multiple communities, offering a unified worship experience and a single, broadcasted message each weekend.
At LCBC (Lives Changed By Christ), our mission is clear: to introduce people to Jesus and together fully follow Him. For over 30 years, this calling has shaped every aspect of our ministry as we serve with one eye on eternity, bring our best in all we do, and pursue excellence in a way that honors God.
The Central Associate Worship Leader plays a vital role in advancing this mission by supporting Campus Worship Leaders and volunteer teams across multiple LCBC locations. This role exists to help create excellent environments of worship while also developing the leadership skills necessary to become a future Campus Worship Leader. It is both a hands-on ministry role and a leadership development opportunity within one of the most vibrant worship cultures in the country.
You’ll be part of the Worship & Arts Team, which champions the recruitment, development, and pastoral care of volunteers who lead others into meaningful worship experiences. At LCBC, we believe who you are becoming matters more than what you do—so we’re committed to helping you grow spiritually, relationally, and professionally.
With 23 campuses across Pennsylvania and more on the horizon, LCBC is a growing church family committed to helping people encounter Jesus and follow Him fully—together.
