In 1986, LCBC (Lives Changed by Christ) started with a small group of people who gathered in a garage in Marietta, PA, to dream about a new kind of church. Knowing there were plenty of churches in the area, they asked questions like, “What if there were a church that focused on others? What if there were a place where people far from God felt comfortable coming and asking questions? What if everyone who walked through the doors felt accepted, not judged?”
This others-driven mindset shaped – and continues to shape – who LCBC is. As LCBC has launched new locations and had the opportunity to reach more communities across Pennsylvania, the mission has remained the same: LCBC exists to introduce people to Jesus and fully follow him.
Today, LCBC is one church with 23 locations throughout Pennsylvania. Each location features the same unified experience of music and one message from a communicator broadcast to each location.
The Lancaster City Campus Worship Leader will lead the worship ministry at the Lancaster City campus of LCBC church. This includes leading weekend worship, team building & development, casting vision, and extending the LCBC worship culture to the Lancaster campus.
