Mission, Vision, and Values
Mission Statement:
We cultivate Christ-centered relationships where believers grow spiritually by upholding and teaching the Bible as absolute truth, fostering faith, and equipping believers to serve, love, and share the gospel.
Vision Statement:
Lake Eustis Christian Church builds communities that are transformed by the power of Jesus Christ.
Core Values:
- We believe the Bible is the absolute truth and final authority in all matters, guiding us to a Spirit-filled life.
- We believe Christ’s church is a spiritual family that exists to support and encourage people in their walk with Jesus Christ.
- We believe Christians mature in their faith by actively serving, loving, caring, and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with their community.
Staff Culture
- The staff operates as a relational, team-oriented group that genuinely enjoys working together and supporting one another.
- There is a strong “hands-on” mentality—staff members are willing to do whatever it takes to serve the church well.
- The culture values humility, authenticity, and accessibility over platform or personality-driven leadership.
- Collaboration is the norm, with shared ownership of ministry rather than siloed leadership.
- There is growing awareness that the next season will require a shift from task execution to equipping and multiplying leaders.
- The right leader will help evolve the culture without disrupting the trust and relational foundation already in place.
