Kid's Pastor

Rocky Kids exists to bring the awesome love of Jesus to kids. Teaching Bible stories in relevant, applicable ways; The Kid’s Director equips leaders to use their gifts effectively and creates a place for kids to connect with each other and leaders, so they can together walk through God’s truth at age-appropriate levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and set the pace making Rocky Kids the most exciting hour of a kids week through environment and engaging programing.
• Communicate weekly with team members (volunteers) making sure they have curriculum, songs and all necessary information pertaining to the upcoming weekend.
• Work with the Niwot Campus Kids ministry, managing Rocky Kids calendar, planning and executing all Kid’s Special Events, including leader appreciation, camps, retreats.
• Develop an effective Kids Ministry resource book and training class (held quarterly and required for new team members prior to serving)
• Lead and develop team members (volunteers) so they operate out of their strengths and be effective leaders.
• Develop an effective Kids Ministry resource book and training class (held quarterly and required for new team members prior to serving).
  
• “Edit curriculum and videos…” and “oversee Playlister for each kids space”
