I love this opportunity because Keystone is entering a beautiful season of renewed vision and growth! Lead Pastors Mike and Nicole (and the entire staff) are incredible! They have brought a wealth of wisdom and experience to Keystone, where they lead a staff culture built around humility, collaboration, and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. God is doing a new thing here, and the next Worship Pastor will be instrumental in chasing that vision together with the staff and congregation!
Keystone is a growing Wesleyan church with about 500 people attending each week. Their mission is to “love and lead people in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by creating a church that people love to attend, especially those new to church.” They are called to be a redeeming force in our community by saving lives, maturing disciples, and making disciple-makers.

The Worship Pastor is responsible for recruiting, developing, and pastoring a team of volunteers that will lead the church toward a passionate pursuit of the presence of God. Collaborating with the Lead Pastors, they leverage creativity and innovation, strive for excellence, and cultivate relevant and authentic worship services.
The Worship Pastor will collaborate closely with the Lead Pastors and the Tech Director to design worship experiences that point to the message. This includes leading a weekly Review and Planning meeting to discuss the previous Sunday and plan for future services. Other responsibilities include:
