Provides vision, strategy, and direction for the Journey Kids ministry across Journey Church by defining clear outcomes, developing leadership pipelines, and designing the systems and resources that help kids and families love God, love life, and love others. This role focuses on developing leaders and equipping Journey Kids Leads to lead thriving teams while creating the ministry strategy, tools, and content that can be implemented consistently across all Journey Church locations and measured through clear ministry outcomes.
