The Campus Worship Leader/Pastor serves as the primary worship leader for the West Palm Beach campus, guiding the congregation into the presence of God both pastorally and musically. This role contributes to and supports Journey Worship’s central mission by leading worship services, developing volunteer teams, and partnering closely with campus and central leadership to create presence-driven worship environments.

Journey Church was founded in 2003 when Pastor Scott and his wife, Raquel, stepped out in faith to plant a church where people could experience God’s love, truth, and grace, and be transformed to live and love like Jesus. What began as a small group has grown into a multi-campus church impacting thousands of people across South Florida.
