- Lead, coach, and develop ministry staff leaders
- Strengthen leadership culture and organizational health
- Help ministry leaders lead and manage their teams effectively
- Bring clarity, accountability, and alignment across ministries
- Help scale ministry systems and leadership structures in a growing church
- Partner closely with the Lead Pastor, Teaching Pastor, and executive team
- Reinforce organizational communication and policy clarity
- Develop leaders rather than simply managing departments
- Help identify staffing gaps, leadership needs, and ministry opportunities
- Strengthen execution and follow-through across ministry environments
- Protect and strengthen Ironwood’s culture as the church grows
