Position Description

The Integrator’s purpose is to execute the VT/O by implementing the business plan and achieving P&L results through leading, managing, and holding the team accountable. The Integrator will oversee the company’s daily business activities while integrating new ideas, processes, and more from the Visionary.
They are responsible for managing company resources, evaluating organizational efficiency, and making necessary changes to maximize productivity. They will use strategy, structure, budgets, people, financial outcomes, and scorecard metrics to drive decisions.
The Integrator reports to the Visionary and manages all business areas, including sales, operations, marketing, and financing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Visionary and always remain aligned. Maintain a high level of mutual respect with the Visionary. Realize the unique contributions and ideas that the Visionary has and effectively filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the company.
  • Maintain a PURE approach to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), ensuring all employees follow and consistently adhere to the company’s core processes.
  • Own the VT/O
  • Execute the business plan, achieving or exceeding financial objectives
  • Lead, manage, and hold the Leadership Team accountable
  • Run/facilitate effective Level 10 Meetings & 1 on 1’s
  • Ensures the leadership team is healthy, functional, and cohesive
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to department leaders, helping them to understand and apply EOS principles and tools in their daily work
  • Resolve issues quickly and effectively by seeing the root of the problem, calling out the problem, being comfortable with conflict, and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manner
  • Ensure that a high level of effective communication exists throughout the organization
  • P&L / Business Plan
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Remove obstacles and barriers that prevent efficiency on all levels of the company
  • Drive special projects and keep them moving forward by removing obstacles and barriers
  • Set policies and processes
