The Development & Fundraising Manager plays a pivotal role in leading donor development and fundraising efforts for the In-N-Out Burger and Slave 2 Nothing Foundations. Reporting to the Community Engagement Department Head, this position oversees the team responsible for managing donation activities and crafting both short- and long-term fundraising strategies that align with the foundations’ vision and mission.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role, requiring close partnerships across multiple functions within the organization. By fostering a deep understanding of donor behavior, both internally and externally, this role ensures the foundations’ goals are met. Strategic partnerships with both foundations will be key to driving success, increasing awareness of our causes, and securing critical funding to support our mission.
