Staff Culture
- Fast-Paced + Relational: The team moves quickly and produces at a high level, but not at the expense of people—there is value in balancing presence and projects.
- “Do What It Takes” Posture: Everyone contributes, everyone helps, and no one works in a silo. Humility unlocks creativity.
- Creative Is Strategic: Creativity isn’t just visual—it’s missional. Innovation and risk-taking are expected as part of shaping how the church communicates and reaches people.
- Self-Led & Vision-Driven: The team thrives with leaders who bring their own energy, take initiative, and love both the big picture and the day-to-day work it takes to get there.
- Emotionally Mature & Relationally Intelligent: The team is looking for someone who leads themselves well, communicates clearly, handles feedback with clarity and a growth-mindset, and builds trust across the organization.
- Team-Building Culture: Leaders invest in others, spot potential (“I see in you”), and aim to develop strong, empowered teams—with future leadership growth in view.
