Mission:
Love God. Love One Another. Love Others.
- Harvest Raleigh exists to help people grow as followers of Jesus who increasingly love God, live in authentic Christian community, and carry the gospel into the world around them.
Vision:
Multiplying Disciples and Planting Churches
- Harvest believes mature disciples make disciples. The church is committed to multiplying gospel centered followers of Jesus and participating in the planting and strengthening of churches locally and beyond Raleigh.
Values:
Leading by Serving and Serving by Leading
- Leadership means taking responsibility while maintaining the heart of a servant. Harvest values leaders who willingly serve others while providing the direction and accountability necessary to advance the mission.
Small Groups as the Primary Discipleship Pathway: Small Groups are central to the culture of Harvest Raleigh. Discipleship happens through Scripture, prayer, relationships, accountability, care, and obedience within authentic Christian community. Small Groups are a defining part of Harvest’s church culture.
Biblical and Applicational Preaching: Harvest is committed to expositional preaching, typically teaching through books of the Bible while helping people understand how Scripture should shape everyday obedience. The church is theologically conservative, broadly baptistic, elder led, complementarian, and Reformed leaning in its theological convictions.
Mission and Multiplication: Harvest believes every Christian participates in the mission of God. Through evangelism, missions, service, and church planting, the church seeks to bring the gospel beyond its own congregation.
