Why I Love This Opportunity

Luke Francis

Associate

For the relationally motivated, strategic ministry-oriented leader this role provides an opportunity to advance Groups Ministry within a healthy church and ministry environment. While primarily focused on Groups Ministry, this leader will also play a critical role as a first contact in helping coordinate the church’s care efforts for individuals and families across this local body. This opportunity is well suited for a leader with a demonstrated passion for group ministry, but who is also minded towards serving alongside a motivated team with a “can do, let’s go” attitude that reaches across the church and out into the community. The next leader will find ministry areas ready for development, coaching, and vision that will contribute to The Church at Station Hill continuing to steward its mission and influence across the generations of people that call this church home.

About This Organization
