GracePoint is looking for a Discipleship Pastor who loves leading people and leaders and who has a passion for seeing people grow in their next steps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mobilize Community Group (small group) Leaders and oversee the process of connecting people into small groups.
• Manage the systems and strategies that help people take steps in the church and the discipleship process.
• Help create and oversee the leadership pipeline and leadership development strategy.
• Oversee and lead the NextGen and Family Ministry leaders and team.
• Provide high-level leadership to the church’s overall strategies, systems, and initiatives.
• Occasionally teach inspiring and biblically sound sermons.
