The next Creative Arts and Worship Pastor will be the main worship leader, inspiring the congregation to worship with all they are. They will also be responsible for envisioning creative ideas to then implement and execute on Sundays that help tell the larger story of a Sunday morning. This leader has demonstrated experience managing a team, project managing and pastoring volunteers.

Musical: Able to inspire with vocal worship leadership and competently lead worship from guitar or keys. Ableton experience preferred.
Creative Ideator: Is energized by dreaming up creative means to enhance the takeaway of a Sunday and tie a service together. Has a “let’s try!” spirit and welcomes others into the collaborative process.
Implementation and Strategy: Has the ability to strategize by planning ahead, thinking through all that goes into a service or creative element and has the capability to empower others, time manage and implement plans.
Relational and Pastoral: This leader has a pastor’s heart and sees beyond the musical execution of the role, integrating into the full community.
High EQ: This leader is self aware, wise, humble and discerning. They have and continue to do their own personal work to be a healthy whole human.

About This Organization

Grace Place is a vibrant congregation with people coming to gather from cities surrounding beautiful Berthoud CO. It started as a dream from lead pastor Clay Peck to plant a Gospel- Centered, creative and contemporary congregation which which reaches out to the burned, bored, and bypassed.

Their building is home base to their seven day a week ministry that builds bridges to the community through creative endeavors such as The Trailhead Cafe and many other missionary minded programs.

Grace Place is clearly defined by the importance of keeping the gospel of grace “the main thing” and living out that grace in the community and neighborhoods surrounding them.

“I love living in Berthoud because it does have a small town feel, but it also has all the commodities of a bigger town, like shopping, nice parks with kids, the rec center, brewery, and cafes. The town is growing quickly which makes it a really great place for parents and as a young(er) adult I feel like the demographic is a lot of people my age and getting to be more so. It’s also a really central location so Fort Collins, Denver, Boulder, and Estes Park are all within an hour drive and for us, I-70 is also close if we want to go snowboarding or fly fishing or spend time in more mountain areas.”
