Mission, Vision, and Values
- Mission: Grace Heartland seeks to be “a community of Christ followers on mission to the world.” They pursue this by loving Jesus passionately, loving one another unconditionally, and loving people sacrificially.
- Vision Elements: Their worship values emphasize authentic, creative, and biblical worship that glorifies God and builds up the church. Discipleship is central — inviting believers into deeper transformation through community, Scripture, and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and co-plan weekly weekend worship services with the Worship Pastor.
- Prepare and lead rehearsals with musicians and vocalists.
- Build, manage, and implement tracks, loops, and live arrangements.
- Assist with song selection that supports teaching and congregational engagement.
- Develop and disciple student worship leaders and musicians.
- Collaborate with production and creative teams to support service flow and environment.
- Communicate clearly with volunteers and staff about expectations, schedules, and changes.
- Serve as a positive pastoral presence to volunteers, students, and congregants.
- Attend worship planning meetings and staff gatherings.
- Help recruit and train new worship volunteers.
