Key Responsibilities
- Help GFCers move from disconnection to connection by leading teams and systems that engage people in the life of the church.
- Recruit, develop and shepherd group leaders (including long and short-term groups).
- Oversee GFC’s assimilation pathway and manage the execution of Introducing Grace.
- Supervise the Hospitality Coordinator and ensure GFC maintains an excellent standard of hospitality.
- Provide pastoral shepherding and guidance as needed.
- Teach occasionally in mid-size or large group settings occasionally as needed.
- Conduct weddings, premarital counseling and funerals as needed.
- Fulfill other duties and obligations as assigned.

- Able to work collaboratively with other ministry staff
- Effective communication in interpersonal and public settings

- Ability to recruit, develop and deploy small group leaders
- Effective oversight and supervision of staff and volunteers
- Trusts in Jesus Christ as Savior and demonstrates commitment to personal spiritual growth
- Affirms the doctrinal statement of GFC
- Demonstrates commitment to and alignment with the mission, vision and values of GFC
- Demonstrates commitment to the GFC staff values and adheres to the Employee Handbook
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience, preferably with a ministry related focus
- Five to ten years of effective leadership and ministry experience
