Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute worship for Thursday night and Sunday morning services with consistency and clarity.
- Recruit, develop, and pastor volunteer musicians and vocalists…building both skill and spiritual maturity.
- Plan services including song selection, team scheduling, and service flow.
- Oversee and improve production quality (sound, tracks, ProPresenter, stage setup, and overall environment).
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Pastor on service direction and church-wide vision.
- Support and develop worship environments for students, Celebrate Recovery, and future kids ministry.
- Manage worship and tech systems, including MultiTracks, loops/stems, and team communication.
- Foster a healthy, unified team culture by building relationships, resolving tension, and setting clear expectations.
Key Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead worship with both musical excellence and strong stage presence that engages the congregation.
- Demonstrated experience building, developing, and pastoring volunteer teams .
- Solid understanding of modern worship production, including tracks, click, ProPresenter, and basic audio systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan services 4–6 weeks in advance and execute with consistency.
- Relational leadership style is collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and able to navigate team dynamics and tension.
- Alignment with the church’s theology and culture (grounded, not overly charismatic, team-oriented).
- Self-starter with a high work ethic who can take ownership without constant oversight.
- Flexibility to lead across multiple environments (main services, students, recovery ministry, future kids worship).
