Mission, Vision, and Values
Mission
- Front Range exists to help people build community, discover their purpose and grow in their faith in Jesus.
Values
- Authentic Community: We believe life is meant to be lived in authentic community on a daily basis with the people God has placed in our lives. This community not only inspires spiritual growth but is attractive to those who do not know Jesus.
- Contagious Generosity: We believe it is our calling to be generous with all that we have. Everything we have and all that we are has been given to us from God, so we approach our time, possessions, and resources with an attitude of stewardship, not ownership. We believe that generosity is contagious, and as we flood our city with the generosity of Christ, others will want to join in!
- Intentional Neighboring: We believe God has called each of us to become intentional neighbors with those He has placed in our lives. An intentional neighbor seeks to show the love of God to those in their lives, whether it be literal neighbors, co-workers, family members or people you meet along the way. Being this type of neighbor helps people experience God’s love and will draw them closer to Jesus.
- Spiritual Maturity: We believe that every believer should be growing in three areas of their spiritual lives: Biblical Knowledge, Holy Obedience, and Spiritual Intimacy. We believe that we should be seeking to grow in these areas every day.
- Developing the Next Generation: We believe faith is meant to be lived out and passed down from one generation to the next. Through intentional relationships, biblical teaching, and strong community, we partner with families and invest in building up mentors to equip the next generation to discover their purpose and grow in a faith that will shape their lives and influence others for Jesus.
Staff Culture
Front Range has a staff culture that is centered on spiritual, emotional, relational and professional growth. There is an expectation that the staff work smart, enjoy their families and friends, and have a thriving relationship with Jesus. Front Range spends a lot of time and resources on equipping the staff to grow themselves, as well as their ministries. The staff loves to laugh, joke around, build community and serve people and families. If you want to be a part of a thriving community that supports one another and challenges one another, then this is a great staff to be a part of.
