Student Pastor

Lead the charge to create an effective student ministry that engages students wherever they are with safe, Christ-centered relationships, develops a team of dream team members that use their gifts to influence students, and resources parents to lead their families spiritually.

Key Responsiblities:

Priority Tasks –

• Provide safe, fun community groups for students
• Create regular worship gatherings
• Champion recruiting, leading, and developing student ministry dream team members
• Resource parents with regular communication,
  growth opportunities, and offer guidance when necessary
• Create and oversee student ministry yearly budget
• Oversee a student ministry presence on Sundays, engaging students, dream team members, and parents
• Network with other student ministry leaders and pastors (future thinking, community outreach, new ideas)

General Responsibilities –

• Lead out the vision, mission, and values of Front Range
• Champion the student ministry vision to teams and church
• Demonstrate clear, effective, and consistent communication to students, dream team members, and parents
• Oversee excellence of programming, media elements, worship, and curriculum relevance
• Plan and execute student ministry-specific events (camps, parent events, gatherings, and training for DTMs)
• Participate in church-wide functions, events, and meetings
• Facilitate cross-ministry communication and close the gaps between ministries
