Fork Christian Church is an incredible church that loves Jesus and loves people. Fork is a highly-relational church that is looking for an experienced and dynamic Children’s Pastor to lead the children’s ministry to new levels.
Fork hired a new Lead Pastor last year and has experienced 30% growth in just a short time since then. Much of that growth has been from young families. The right leader will have the ability to develop systems for the children’s ministry and effectively cast vision to garner the support of volunteers and families.
Fork Christian Church began in 1893, and for the last 130 years, God has been so good and faithful in using these people to help thousands come to know Jesus. Fork is part of the Restoration Movement and is a non-denominational church. They are currently averaging about 450 in attendance with 80-90 kids attending each week.
Fork is launching a brand new 17,000-square-foot children’s area in 2024 and is looking for a high-level, dynamic, and engaging leader to help them design and launch this ministry into the future.
The role of the Kids Ministry Lead at Fork Christian Church is to cast vision and direction for FCC Kids (birth-5th grade) under the overall church-wide mission of being “Imperfect people pursuing a Perfect God.” In addition to this, they will provide oversight while creating an empowerment culture all throughout the FCC Kids’ ministry.
