Credentials & Critical Experience
- Has a Seminary Degree from a Baptist or like-minded seminary
- Has managed a staff with a significant budget
- Has been a Lead or Senior Pastor, or an Associate Pastor with significant responsibilities
- Has experience preaching regularly
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of God’s Word through effective teaching and life application
