They have a tremendous history of long-tenured pastors and staff members. First Naples has Baptist roots but has seen tremendous growth among the unchurched, de-churched, and people from different denominations. They value strong expository preaching, Christ-exalting worship, prayer saturation, international missions, and local community outreach. Today, First Naples Church has a high ceiling and strong resources and is marked by a strong vision for spiritual and numeric growth.
The Executive Pastor of Operations will be responsible to the Lead Pastor to plan, organize, and direct the church operations and administration functions. They will provide high-level organizational leadership to create and maintain systems, processes, and procedures to move the vision forward in all relevant areas of responsibility.
