First Naples has Baptist roots but has seen tremendous growth among the unchurched, de-churched, and people from different denominations. They value strong expository preaching, Christ-exalting worship, prayer saturation, international missions, and local community outreach. The Executive Pastor of Ministries will be responsible to the Lead Pastor to plan, organize, and direct the church ministries. They will provide high-level organizational leadership to create and maintain systems, processes, and procedures to move the vision forward in all relevant areas of responsibility.
