Job Description:
The Lead Pastor of FBS will serve the Body of Christ through preaching, teaching, and shepherding the church family and surrounding community. The Lead Pastor is a vital part of the leadership at FBS, a primary voice to the congregation, and a mentor and an encourager to the staff.
