First Baptist Church of Lodi is seeking a Pastor of Student Ministries who is a strong leader, team builder and relational shepherd to lead and grow their student ministry. This leader will cast vision for discipleship among students while developing and leading a paid staff member within a creative, entrepreneurial church culture that values people over programs. The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of ministry experience, a bachelor’s degree in a ministry-related field, and a demonstrated ability to build something — not just maintain it. They will thrive in a collaborative, humble environment led by two co-pastors who are deeply invested in student ministry and eager to see this area flourish.
