Key Responsibilities
- Teach and Preach Regularly: Deliver engaging, biblically grounded messages to students, bringing creativity and passion to regular teaching within the student ministry.
- Cast and Communicate Vision: Develop and articulate a clear vision for student ministry that aligns with the church’s mission, values, and discipleship philosophy.
- Build and Lead a Staff Team: Recruit, develop, and lead at least one full-time pastor or director, fostering a collaborative, team-oriented culture that avoids siloed ministry.
- Develop a Discipleship Process: Design and implement a intentional pathway for students to grow in their faith, moving them from attendance to active discipleship.
- Cultivate Relationships with Students and Families: Build a welcoming, relational ministry environment where students and their families feel known, valued, and connected to the church community.
- Collaborate with Church Leadership: Work closely with the co-pastors and elder-led leadership team, contributing as a humble, teachable team player who jumps in where needed across the broader church.
