We started as a small group meeting in a family’s house. In the last 45 years, God has done incredible things in and through this church. Faith Family now has thousands of members, is a trusted staple in the community, and is impacting lives across the globe through its mission work.

This position has the chance to build upon a great foundation built by former and current staff members. The NextGen Pastor will have the opportunity to lead an incredible staff and group of volunteers while building the ministry toward the future God has planned. A vision-oriented, passionate leader who has proven their ability to lead staff and grow ministries would thrive in this role. This Pastor will oversee teams in the following departments: students, college, and young adults, and have the opportunity to speak as well.
